Oakwell Hall summer Wedding
Oakwell Hall Wedding – Mr & Mrs Sergeant Oakwell Hall offers an enchanting backdrop for weddings throughout the year, and Mr. & Mrs. Sergeant’s summer wedding
Langley Castle, nestled in the picturesque Northumberland countryside, stands as one of the most enchanting castles I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing. Its majestic presence makes it an ideal backdrop for weddings, and Erica and Rob knew they had found their dream location.
Having captured countless weddings in castles throughout my career, including the renowned Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, I can confidently say that Langley Castle is equally breathtaking. On Erica and Rob’s wedding day, the weather cooperated—the sun graced the occasion, and spirits were high.
Erica and Rob enjoyed complete exclusivity at the castle. Imagine: no other guests, just their wedding party, surrounded by the castle’s ancient walls. It lent an intimate, almost magical quality to the celebration.
Throughout the day, Erica and Rob’s Langley Castle wedding was filled with remarkable moments. However, one stands out—the evening reception. As the sun dipped below the horizon, everyone let loose. The first dance? The wedding band played country rock music, igniting an electric atmosphere.
I eagerly anticipate returning to Langley Castle for more weddings. The venue’s medieval charm, impeccable service, and dedicated staff create an unforgettable experience. If you’re dreaming of a fairytale wedding in a 14th-century castle, Langley Castle is the place to be.
