TERMS OF SERVICE

Services: The photographer agrees to provide photography services to the client for the duration of the event specified in the contract. The photographer will use their professional judgment and experience to capture the wedding day’s events and will not be held responsible if specific shots are not captured.

Payment: The client agrees to pay the photographer the agreed-upon amount as specified in the contract. A deposit is required to secure the date, and the balance is due on or before the wedding day.

Copyright and Usage: The photographer retains the copyright to all photographs taken during the event. The client is granted a limited license to use the photographs for personal use only. The client may not sell or use the images for commercial purposes without the photographer’s written permission.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If the client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a rescheduling, the photographer will make every effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

Liability: The photographer is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the event. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the photographer to photograph the event.

Editing and Delivery: The photographer will provide edited digital images to the client within a specified timeframe, as outlined in the contract. The photographer retains the right to select and edit the final images.

Model Release: The client grants the photographer the right to use the images for advertising and promotional purposes. If any individual in the images does not wish to be included in advertising or promotional materials, the client must inform the photographer in writing before the event.
